With Karkat now being the only Vantas in game, I decided to re-work his background a little, as well as his appearance some.

AC adjustments and EVENT!

Hello, sproglets! When we said we were excited and full of ideas, we weren't lying! We bring you offerings in the form of AC adjustments and a game event just in time for Easter!

What's the best part of Easter? The egg hunt, obviously! This year everybody's favourite headmaster is conducting a school wide egg hunt with rewards. Winners will receive a generous sum of TEN GALLEONS and the chance to be HEADMASTER FOR A DAY! Second place will win a 5 galleon Honeyduke's voucher to split with your partner or keep for yourself depending on how you enter the hunt. The third place winners will be given a free butterbeer and a delicious box of assorted chocolates. Last place winners, do not fear! You will be gifted a magical golden stickers that glow majestically. The words 'YOU TRIED' and emblazoned upon them for you to wear with pride (this is not optional).

However, as with anything in Hogwarts, it isn't your average romp around the backyard for questionable candy. These eggs are charmed. Collecting eggs of a particular colour will have a variety of effects on participants including size changing, species changing and a number of other awkward situation creators. You may work in pairs or alone, it's up to you!  We will be rolling for winners so it will be important to tell us whether your character is in a team or going solo.

TEACHERS! You are also included! Teachers have the option of teaming up or going it alone, but they will win a different prize. There is only first place and the prize will be a bottle of wine and an all expenses paid weekend at a spa. Hooray!

The event will last from the 24th to the 27th of March, just before the holidays have begun. You will be updated with egg effects before it begins! Feel free to use this post for pre-plotting and questions.


As for AC, we would like to put forward options for you. As a team we feel as though the AC set now is a little heavier than the slow nature of the game can handle. We know most people have no problem making AC, but we don't want it to be a struggle for people with the pace it is now. We don't want to eliminate AC entirely for the sake of weeding out squatting, but we would like to ease up just a little.

We present you with two options!

1. We will stay with the current AC, no changes!

2. Narrow the AC down to one 10 comment thread or a post (with at least one or two responses). You will still have the option of making it up with another thread, but you may only use two different threads to meet AC.
