New HS Characters + Rules/Announcers + Teacher Quidditch!

Hey guys! We just wanted to do a follow up on the previous announcement regarding when certain characters are appable. We know a few of you have been curious about the Trolls that came out in the recent flash game. As per the rule, they will become appable two weeks from when they were introduced.

So all of the trolls released in the update on September 24th will become appable or reservable at 10 PM, EST, on October 8th.

Keep in mind that these characters will be considered Canon OCs and as such you should use the appropriate app. Since it's unclear how much more canon they're going to get in the future, we ask everyone to keep in mind the possibility of retconning anything should it conflict with anything in your app in the future.

Additionally the Rules have been updated to include a rule on how many characters can be applied from the same Canon. Look this over! We never had a specific rule about this before, so it's new! This is mainly for canons with a large amount of characters, so you can't, for example, app 3 characters from a series with 10 characters.

If you applied to be an Announcer, you have until Friday, October 7th to get the sample Quidditch log in to us! This is super important, make sure to turn this in!!!

And coming up is TEACHER QUIDDITCH on the weekend of October 13th! As we have 18 teachers, we're making two teams, one team that represents Slytherin and Gryffindor and one team that represents Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw.
Gryfferin vs Ravenpuff

We're looking for at least one Head of House to be on each team. You can pick either team which represents your character more, but if we can't get enough on one team or another, you may be put on the other one! There are of course 7 spots, a Keeper, 2 Beaters, 3 Chasers, and a Seeker.

ICly this is just a silly one time thing, so we won't be having try-outs or anything. The team who wins gets 150 points total for the two houses in question. There's a bit of a twist though. We notice that the house points are a little uneven right now, and even if one of the teams gets the points, Slytherin and Ravenclaw will be getting a HUGE lead on all the other teams.

Every team will have two seekers. Meaning one for Gryffindor and Slytherin on the same team and one for Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff on the same team. The seeker who actually gets the snitch gets 100 points for the House, and the other team gets 50. The winners will be decided by dice roll, but now is the time to tell us what TEAM and POSITION you want! It's more or less first come first serve, AND DUMBLEDORE IS GOING TO STRONGLY URGE YOU TO SIGN UP. A few characters can opt out but this should be fun!
