Wow I am like really slack pls forgive me.
Anyway, this is Nutmeg, bringing in her 3rd character, Hotaru Tomoe, also know as Sailor Saturn in her canon, Sailor Moon. A lot of who she is is manga based, so if you aren't sure just ask me. I will say though, in an effort to translate her cyborg parts from manga canon, she has artificial limbs, with her limbs having wood and not yew in them, covered by a skin substitute. So yes she still wears the body covering black clothes. And she's tired a lot because she never fully recovered.
