Plotting!

Well then, this is a plotting post for all your plotting needs.

Even if your character isn't participating in the event, you can use this post for plotting in general. Future shennanigans, establish past CR, whatever your plotting needs, this post is for you as well.

Remember, your character has roommates and people in the same year they should have some familiarity with! Use the character chart to see who your character has been sharing a room an/or classes with, and poke everyone you can! Make sure you include information to help everyone establish some past CR with your character, and remember, the rumour mill is still going, so...

1. Make a thread for each of you characters. Do them separately and use subject lines for easy searching. Include their House and current year, that way you can catch anyone else they should know.
2. Tag the rumor thread with rumors for your characters only, unless you got the okay to include someone else.
3. Tag around to see if anyone is interested in plotting!
4. Quidditch Season is about to start, so there'll be a lot going on! House rivalry, betting pools, there's a lot of possibilities!

For plotting specific to the Halloween Event, you can use the post where it was announced.

Greg's...got that plot going on in December. It's got a few dark issues involved and it's going to last all the way to February. If you'd like to get involved somehow, drop me a message and we'll see how to work things out, but please keep in mind that I am going to be breaking more character down to his absolute lowest and some pretty serious stuff's going to be discussed.

For now though, he's starting to struggle slightly with his subjects. He's also carrying out Quidditch training sessions, because he knows that after the Gryffindor and Slytherin match it'll be Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff. His friendship with Victoria is growing, he's just met Sherlock Holmes and is about to play Mike Stamford to Holmes and Watson, and he recently had a bit of an argument with Arthur that thankfully ended peacefully, but should be a precursor of things to come.

I'm also at the moment on a hiatus as I deal with some personal issues. But things seem to be getting better so hopefully I can get my head back in the game soon enough.

I really liked the threads Greg and Henry have had, and I'd like to see them interact more, if not in the more serious plot (although, I wouldn't mind having get involved there too), then maybe with Henry noticing Greg's struggling with his classes and offering to help?

I'd like them to interact more too! Greg's got a few other boys looking out for him (Ludwig, Arthur and John) but having a good support system is going to be essential when the shiola hits the fan in December. And definitely Henry can notice that Greg's struggling there; it's not really a secret to the Puffs that Greg's not the best student there is, unfortunately. OTL

I am up for more interaction with Norman and Greg what with them being Puffs and also because he was sort of present when Nepeta had that vision. I need to figure out if he knows the details of what she saw or not.

So am I! Let me know if he knows the details, but till then they can just chill out and do Hufflepuff stuff. Does Norman know about Quidditch? Greg can introduce him to it if he's interested.

He got his first taste of it at the teacher match. I think he just spent the entire match staring in startled awe.

HE WOULD BE PRETTY SKITTISH BUT hm I'm not actually sure how he might feel about it. I think he'd be pretty wary of flying at first but once he got the hang of it, he'd probably really enjoy it.

Greg could show him the ropes! He actually had a senior Puff (Watson, actually!!) who helped him out during his first few years in Hogwarts, so he wouldn't mind showing Norman how to play in their spare time.

I'll be putting up one more practice log for the Puff team before their Quidditch match, so Norman could drop by then and Greg would be glad to show him some stuff either before or after practice.
